  Use to be awesome. The "New hand cut wood grilled steaks" are words for cheap tough beef with wood flavoring. When I got my order, bourbon street steak, it was nothing like it used to be. It said 2-4oz steaks. I used to order this religiously. I got one 3oz steak that was medium quality at best. And a 2oz steak that was an end cut poor quality. It was so tough I couldn't even chew it after slicing it into 1/8" slices.
