Service has gotten better since 2017 started, but you'll rarely see an employee, and you usually have to wait for someone to wander out of the kitchen to even order. The wait for food on average is 10-15 minutes. Employees are supposed to walk around with a basket of bread sticks, but I've NEVER seen them do this in the evening and only occasionally at lunchtime.January 06, 2017
